Hi In the beginning of February I called to order the choice extra package as i received their flier in the mail. The package was for $34.99 a month. The representative said he was signing me up for the $100.00 visa card that i would get back. I paid a deposit of $200.00 that was required they said based on my credit because they asked for my social security number and said they were doing a background check. They informd me to go oline and do the rebate before the installers come out to guarantee i would get the rebate. The rebate is what they call getting it for that price. I did the rebate online i even called the rebate center they said i was signed up. The Tech's came to install on Feb 9th. Feb 13th i get a bill that says $71.34 due March 1st, so i called and spoke with the supervisor named Sheila she said i was not signed up for the rebate or for the visa $100.00 back. I told her I was an unhappy customer and they took advantage of me she said she could disconnect my service and they would keep my $200.00 and charge me further$480.00 for breaking my contract which is a 2 year... Please help
