We switched to Supra Telecom for our business line, listening to the commercials THOUGHT we would save money. Found out not true after several months of being with them, decided to switch back to BellSouth for customer service reasons.
We were to receive a refund back for 72.13 this was in 2/03. To this day haven't received our refund.
Have called them at least once a month maybe twice some months. Now they say they have a check number that was issued for the refund and that I was to receive the refund within the next week. That was in 9/03.
I still haven't received my refund. They are such criminals they should all be put away!
