On Feb 13th my internet service was disrupted. I called Supra Telecom 6 times to find out why I could not access the internet and my e-mail. Finally on Feb 16th, a customer service rep told me the reason was that Supra Telecom had not billed me for internet so therefore I was not getting internet service. I will not use Supra Telecom again and I advise all people to leave this unprofessional, poor customer service company.
