After being entirely frustrated with bell south I took the chance and switched my local service to supra telecom. I eventually learn I made the mistake of my life. After calling Supra telecom in December to remove long and later privacy director. Supra telecom continued to bill me for the requested cancell service they did infact remove the service but continued to bill me $5.95 monthly.in may of this year i realized and brought this to the company's attention and todate the problem have not being resolved.
This money is rightfully mine and should be refunded. I have came to the conclusion that there is a bunch of incompetent fools working at supra telecom or they are a sad representation of the future. Their rates continually increase and customer service continues to dwindle.
