For several years sporadically I have been shopping at this store. What called my attention to this problem was, I guess, last year when we purchased a gallon of Sealtesr milk that was on sale for 1.99 (one dollar and ninety-nine cents). The clerk charged us 7 (seven) cents tax on the product. I inquired at another store owned by this company and was assured that the 2% tax law did apply. Then one day this last week, I happened to stop there to purchase my granddaughter a drink. I was charged a dollar and 6 cents for a. 99 cent drink. This has been going on for years. What can we do?
