McDonalds is offering a 99 cent Big Mac Promotion in California, or perhaps nation wide. You can get a Big Mac for 99 cents. However, if you purchase a Big Mac Meal, which is boldly displayed all over the restaurant, you will pay full price for your Big Mac.
I purchased qty 3,99 cent Big Mac's and a Big Mac Super size at a MacDonalds north of Santa Clarita, Ca. Yesterday. The clerk announced the price to be almost $9. Nine bucks! Four one dollar hamburgers, that makes the coke a fries (and tax) Five dollars!!! What a ripoff!
I told him to delete the Super Size meal, and charge me for a burger and fries and drink separately, and the price came out more than a dollar less.
I said, "McDonalds is ripping people off!"
The clerk said, "Nobody has pointed that out to me before".
I think this may be fraud, Intentional Fraud, with mis-representation. Are there any class-action lawyers out there reading this list? It could be a biggie!
