99 cent only stores
Their registers cannot seem to charge only 99 cents

This company overcharges on every single item. I purchased 22 items that were all marked. 99 cents & 1 item at. 59 cents on the selves but when I purchased the items the register rang up. 9999 on each of the 22 items &. 5999 on the 1. If that was not enough it the total rounded up again & I was charged 22.60 for items that should have been 22.37. How can a store that is named 99 cents only & have everything marked 99 cents or 59 cents do this?
