I purchased this tuna fish from the Dollar Store. It normally tastes great, but there was one time I had it it had a horrible taste, it tasted almost like throw up. I wrote to their website which is http://www.bumblebee.com/contact telling them of what I experienced, and they mailed me coupons, one voucher for free tuna and for 25-75 cents off of tuna fish if I were to purchase it again. I think they respond to you right away when you have a complaint about them, but in general I couldn't really use the coupons they gave me for the store, because Walmart doesn't carry Brunswick Tuna Salad with Crackers, and at the Dollar Store you can't use tuna fish coupons or any coupons because everything is as cheap as a dollar. These are just some things to keep in mind when eating their products or complaining about a product you've eaten of theirs. The tuna I purchased wasn't expired, but it just didn't have a good taste to it. Bumble Bee Foods, LLC wrote me a letter to apologize for what had happened, and they have no excuse for why the tuna tasted that horrible. I think Bumble Bee Foods, LLC has good customer service; you just can't call them for customer service that's all which is something they should fix. There is no phone number to complain, you can only complain through email, or writing them. These are just things to keep in mind, when ordering or purchasing their products.
