This company lied to us from Day 1. They told us they would cover any damages made to any of our belongings which they did not.
The movers were very careless in many ways. They scratched our vehicle which they moved long haul, broke many of our personal things, had underage persons working with them that they picked up along the way and were not qualified to be moving things. They scratched our new hardwood floors in our home by dragging the furniture instead of lifting it. Those scratches would not come out.
We were also missing many things, but they said all of our boxes were accounted for.
When we notified the company about this, all they offered us was $500. BUT first we had to sign an affidavit promising we wouldn't sue them. What a joke!!! The estimated damage done to the car alone was $800. So the rest of the broken or missing boxes were never compensated for.
We called several times to speak to the owners but we were always connected with the salesman who initiated the sale of the move from the beginning. We also e-mailed several times but no one ever responded to us.
This company is not very reputable and I would never refer them to anyone!!!
