Complete Moving And Storage Inc, CMS Movers, Furniture Hijackers, Complete Movers Inc Hostage Takers, Furniture Hijackers, Rude People, Stressful Experience, Owner is a lying SOB

The situation took place as follows:

1) The movers arrived 3 HOURS late.

2) Moving things out of the condo they were disorganized, rude and horribly rough with moving furniture/boxes.

3) Once they (including owner Kumar Gautam) loaded up the truck - they locked it and refused to move the until their inflated cost (2x what was estimated - definitely over the 10% stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act) was paid in CASH.

4) They LAUGHED while we struggled to figure out whether it was safe to leave our belongings with them while we rushed to the bank to get cash. Obviously, they lack the ethics.

5) They moved our stuff into the condo - they dropped boxes (including our China dishes), placed heavy boxes on top of light ones. They wrecked our hardwood floors - they dragged furniture along the floors.

This was a horrible experience.
