SDS has the worst customer service and cancellation policies. Although we notified them that we were canceling by phone, because we didn't do it in writing within 30 days of our 36 month contract expiring, they are charging us for another ENTIRE YEAR... Even though we no longer live in the home and do not use the services. We already paid for the 36 month contract! I've searched them and found many people with similar stories of how they were conned by SDS. Our sales rep was Kevin Allen at 615-373-8330 and I would encourage everyone to research him and SDS before you buy.
