When I signed up for service, I was told I had a one year contract. Four months later, when I wanted to cancel service, the contract had changed to two years. I canceled my service and was charged for a whole month that I did not use, because I canceled on 03/22 and the billing cycle ends on the 20th. A month later, my account was charged 272.0 for cancellation charges. I never received any bill or statement from them, just money out of my account. This is the worst company to do business with.
