I am not usually one to complain, but this is ridiculous!!!
My story starts when i ordered a very nice flower arrangement for my grandfather's funeral. I paid alot of money for the arrrangement, and the picture on the internet looked beautiful! I sent a second email just to make sure it would be at the funeral home on time, and i was assured it would be.
The next day i went to the funeral, and my flower arrangement was not there!!! I called florist.com, and they told me that the vase that was pictured on the internet was not available in my area, so they decided to hold the order!!! I was never told that the vase was not available in my area when i ordered this arrangement, nor when i emailed the second time.
I was also not informed that if they cannot find a vase they will not send the arrangement!!! The flowers ended up showing up a day late, and they did not even look remotely close to the picture of what i ordered! It looked like it costed about 25 dollars! I asked for my money back (what good are the wrong flowers a day late) and they refused! They were not willing to do anything to correct the situation.
I was spoken to very rudey, as if they did not care! Not even an apology! This is absolutely the worst experience i have ever been through when buying something on the internet! I wanted to put this on the bad business website, so hopefully they won't rip off someone else!
