Cymax is just a deceptive organization perpetrating fraud on unsuspecting customers.
I requested a product that was broken after I obtained it 11 days later. I had been advised an upgraded product might appear within 10 business days. An upgraded was never received. I had been also informed when their provider didn't collection the broken item within 10 times to get rid of them. I discarded the broken product 16 later... Nevertheless no alternative... However no reimbursement...
I Have questioned the cost with my charge card organization as well as submitted a using the Canadian Better Business Office.
The leader of the organization is Arash Fasihi. I would recommend a-class action suit againt Mr. Fasihi and his fradulent business.
