The bureau itself is just a stunning furniture piece, however the organization, who provide it, Cymax, is just a headache! It got them 2 month to provide that, all that point we didn't obtain any notices of estimation period of shipping, or every other emails detailing the wait, we attempted to contact them, however they were really suggest and unprofessional to us, we attempted to stop the purchase, they scared us with $1000 cancelation charge!!! So we'd to attend till they'd provide it…when they ultimately did, them arrived broken, and today it’s been another week once we want to have them consider the damaged item back. They're not addressing some of our emails, whenever we contact them-they usually really imply, we requested to keep in touch with the boss, he was much more rude then some of his employees, it’s not worthwhile!!!
