I requested a dinner collection from Cymax on 9/24. Their site stated this dinner collection was in-stock and might deliver in 2-3 business days. While. Week choose to go by with no following range was accessible after I recorded onto my consideration I called them. After holding out both times I named Cymax and and was on-hold 53 minutes. They assured my purchase could be shipped the following Wednesday. I eventually named their delivery organization and discovered my eating collection have been resting within the shippers factory for over per week and also the reason it had been not shipped was since Cymax owed the delivery business cash which Cymax had owed them cash a great deal previously therefore a lit of the purchases are kept for nonpayment. The delivery business took pity on me and launched my purchase and sent it today. Cymax guaranteed me last Friday they might contact the delivery.organization and extend out anything. Cymax guaranteed they'd contact me back on Friday morning once they set the delivery problem. They never named on Friday, they never named me Mon or Wednesday.
