I put an order on Jan. 8 with Cymax Shops plus they guaranteed to deliver my product by Jan. 12. They charged my charge card on 1/8/10. I named today and also the Client Rep. About the different finish documented the provider (morefireplaces.com) had delivered my product but, there's no following info at the moment. She also mentioned "I actually donot understand what is certainly going on" I allow her realize that I'd be calling back from the end-of today for my following info. If she didn't possess the following info I'd be calling Cymax Shop back again to stop my purchase.
