What ever happened to do what is best for the customer? I signed up for this service on 06/26/03. Not more than 24 hours later I attempted to get my 9.95 back because I didnt want the service any longer.
I called on 06/27/03 and was advised by a customer rep that my package was on the way and all I had to do was refuse the service and I would get my full 9.95 back.
It is now 08/08/03 and 98.85 later I have still not rcvd my 9.95 back from months ago. After countless phone calls and the same line (wait 7 - 10 business days for the refund) I have not one cent back. To make matters worse I was told because of there grose lack for customer serivice and attention to detail I have to pay them a $20.00 service fee. Some service. Thanks for all your help out there at auctionroad.com. I guess Ill just wait another 7 - 10 days or until you get sick of me asking for my money back.
