I am writing this review after my all efforts ended without any help. This is my 5th attempt today. I waited for approximately 4 hrs.in total after waiting for my chance and was never able to speak to a talk expert (their term). When I first call, I had to wait for 50-60 minutes (well thats a normal wait time for nettalk customer service entry point). Then someone place me to talk to a talk expert where, I wait for about 1 hr. 30 min. When my turn came, phone was disconnected (beep beep). I guess that is their trick. Frustrate customer so that they never wait in queue. I left queue once, and they blamed me for that. But if you still wait for your turn, I guess they will disconnect you (like me). That%u2019s a cheating and I am going to complain for their cheating. If your service works, you might not have any issues and most reviews talk about that, about device. I also do not have any issues with device. But think! If your device or line is in trouble, you are gone. Just update your nice review after your encounter with customer service! And service interruption can happen for any reason. That%u2019s where you need customer assistance and think this is a phone service not your DVD, camera or puzzle. This is a security issues. My incoming call is not working for almost 15 days. All my calls (approx. 4 hrs.) ended without any technical help, just wait! Think how disgusting the customer service is. Now I repent for my action to change my service to nettalk. Think carefully before changing service to NETTALK. If anyone has any official contact information for nettalk, please reply.
