I found this web site when looking for a North Face coat for skiing. I saw a coat I liked and emailed them asking if it had a powder skirt and that I required it for skiing. They replied that it did have all the necessities for a skiing coat. So I ordered it - a small white skiing coatf!
It took nearly four weeks to arrive and alarm bells were already ringing. On it's arrival it was a thin silver grey windproof jacket which I had paid not much change of 70. Not even an original North Face.
I emailed them daily for the past 3 weeks to which they will not give me their address to return the item. They admit it is their error and apologised but will not give a refund only offering me a 20% discount coupon on my next order!
The packaging is from China and the written English in the emails is quite poor and from the last few have been quite arrogant.
There is no contact number or address on their site. I would STRONGLY recommend not ordering from this site. You will not get a refund if they send you the wrong product and they are not genuine.
