Ordered a North Face Realization Gore Tex jacket. Should have worried when I was told by Master Card that the transaction was being charged through some Arts store. Should have been further worried when the tracking came through as DHL, and was coming fromHong Kong (website has no address and appeared to be North American).
The jacket was received, but was nothing like the Realization Jacket. Not Gre Tex, marked as XL, but definitely not big enough, and the construction of the jacket was nothing like the Realization - no zip in liner, removable hood, etc... It was more like a spring/fall hiking jacket rather then a skiing/snowboarding jacket.
I contacted the company by email, and by on-line chat. At 1st, they offered to sell me the correct jacket at a greatly reduced price for my troubles - yes, take my money again, and send me more crap. I insisted that they take the jacket back and refund my money. They said sure, send it back, but that they would not cover return shipping charges. I insisted that since they had made the error (or commited the fraud) that they should cover the shipping charges. I have not heard from them since. They no longer respond to any of my attempts at contact.
