I ordered a north face jacket for my husband for christmas. I thought it was a real north face jacket because the online address was northfaceoutlet.com. That was not the case.
I asked on more than one occasion (before the order was fully processed) of the coat's authenticity. I never got a reply yet they continued to process and ship my order even though i specifically said not to if it's not a real north face. I paid $150 for it so really wasn't saving too much.
I contacted the customer service once it came in and quickly noticed it was a fake. The fleece lining was a plastic like pleather and the goretex word said goldtex. They not once apologized or offered to return my money.instead they wanted pictures of the jacket, which i sent. They replied to me by saying they cannot accept it because nothing is wrong with it. Yeah they were right, other than it being a piece of crap plastic garbage bag that was $150. I am still trying to get my money back but at this point just feel really taken advantage of. I totally thought everything about the site was legit.
