I found this web site when looking for a North Face coat for skiing. I saw a coat I liked so I ordered 2 of them.
On their arrival one was a thin silver grey windproof jacket and the other was lilac. Different colours when i'd ordered 2 of the same and neither are suitable for skiing and neither in the colour I had actually ordered!!! I had paid not much change of 70 each. Not even an original North Face. It had no serial codes to confirm it was real.
I have emailed them repeatedly for the past 3 weeks to which they will not give me their address to return the item. They admit it is their error and apologised but will not give a refund only offering me a 20% discount coupon on my next order!
The packaging is from China and the written English in the emails is quite poor and from the last few have been quite arrogant.
There is no contact number or address on their site. I would STRONGLY recommend not ordering from this site. You will not get a refund if they send you the wrong product and they are not genuine.
