I purchase a Denali The North Face Jacket only to receive a fake. It is made of poor quality. The tags do not look or feel like my other North Face jackets. Nothing on the jacket says it is a Denali. It does not have the tag showing authenticity. The jacket is smaller than a normal North Face jacket. The jacket has loose strings and the sewn North Face Symbol is not completely filled in. I attempted to call the customer service number and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. After reading other reviews, I believe I should keep the knockoff. This company is a scam. Do not give them your business.
