Rebate issue:
This item was advertised with $20 rebate. They said my rebated was denied due to no UPC. But I have sent in the original UPC, taped on a 8 by 10 paper with the form and the rebate recipe. I kept copies of all the information, the item and the box. I emailed them no response and called them. But they don't accept copy.
