I sent in two rebate offers in separate envelopes, meeting all rebate requirements. One was processed correctly the other was not. The rebate received was for $20.00 The rebated not processed was for $40.00. #3FZRJLADFL32KD9J
It appears that any rebate can be "lost" and there is no recourse by the customer. Their web status is very good for information on what they "want" to do but if there is any problem their is no recourse. And for what I can see on the web there are many problems. This seems ripe for a class action law suite. I have retained copies of all my rebate materials. But they will not accept copies for rebate purposes.
