Id $29.95 per month for the last 2 years and never called them for any repair. Last month my AC unit started to leak and i called them for the first time. I paid $60 to the AC co and Systemsprotect said the repairs were not covered in the plan. They were very rude and unhelpful and i cancelled the plan and reported them to my mortgage co.
