We used Absolute Appliance Repair for replacement of a compressor for our bar back cooler. We paid someone to look at it and then to replace compressor. We paid over $1000.00 for the compressor.
After 30 days it quit working and we contacted them. We were told that the compressor had a one year warranty but the labor was not covered and it would be an additional $250.00.
We made it clear that we were not satisfied with that solution. The compressor was only one month old and we do not feel we should be forced to pay labor on a defective product. We then asked if we could get a new compressor from you we were told that was acceptable.
We have tried and tried to contact you to come up with a plan to fix both the cooler and the sandwich block. We have been told since that our time had run out for the warranty and it was too late.
We have tried to call the offices of Absolute Appliance Repair to get things straightened and left a message for the owner to contact Refuge Coffee Bar. We have not heard back and it is hurting our small business.
