Bought faulty wine chiller design HDBC361D on 1/17/09. After unsuccessful try to fix (scenario quantity 3020000614), organization changed with design FBC360D on 4/15/09 that has released water on timber ground since day-one. Have experienced many support calls without success on alternative device. Requested for the money back or another alternative many times. On 9/11/09 informed Section 11 submitted by Organization. On 9/16 obtained telephone call informing people to apply for service on line and we were informed we'd be approached for support. Did as directed and also have noticed nothing since... Can't achieve anybody at any quantity we've discovered or on line. On 1/2/10 unit started to rise in temp and now is not working at all. Wish money-back or perhaps a working device.
