I contact this company with a coupon for Air Duct Cleaning. Their service technician arrived nearly 5 hours late. He spent 2 hours at my house (and nearly half of that time he was in his truck smoking and talking on his cell phone!). The coupon was for $49.95 to have up to 14 air vents, 1 air return, and 1 main cleaned.
Yet my main wasn't cleaned because they though the duct work around the furnace appeared rusty. They quoted me $2300 to fix this, and then started to leave when I declined. I asked that they go ahead and clean the return and the ducts. He'd already been here over an hour and a half at that point and hadn't cleaned ANYTHING!
He wound up cleaning only the air return, and sprayed some sanitizer into the furnace main. He then said it was late, loaded his truck, and asked for payment!
Don't hire these people - they won't honor their commitments and they won't get the job done!
