New service in area with 1/2 page ads in local newspapers with coupon included. Ad detailed exactly what ducts would be cleaned for the price and that by having this done would qualify to receive free dryer vent cleaning, but in home declared that the return vent was really a main, wouldn't clean it, negated thence the dryer cleaning and pressured me to "take advantage" of their very expensive prices for other furnace and a/c work. Wrote a "needed services" list for many hundreds of dollars. Spoke meanly of local furnace companies and wrote on the Work Order Contract that system would "decontaminate" d/t not paying to have the 'return main' cleaned, "left dirty, not responsible for puff back". I was dumb enough to pay him the coupon price for inadequate work.
