I recently purchased a bobopedic matress the salesperson Katheri collins was thinking about producing the purchase after I approched her. She informed us about bobs discount plan... But but omitted the component where the customer should purchase the shipping... She did great if she was selling used vehicles.
I called complaining that my matress is way too hard after i rested onto it one-night. And desired to trade it for that luxurious and that I was never informed that there is a test before I will trade or return the matress.
And was never informed in regards to a 60 buck shipping charge easily created an change?
