I purchase a matress on february and after two months of purchase the matress is very sagi. Its very soft. When I got it, it was fine but after two months i can't even sleep on it. I wake up with back pains and the reason i purchase it its because when i try it at the store it felt so firm and hard. I paid 1,300. For it and i said this will be a good investment. I contact sear two months later and they told me it is over the 30 days their is nothing they can do. Sears gave me the number for the delivery people whic is the people that handle the situation. The guy was so nasty and told me if its just because i don't feel comfortable sleeping in it is not damage and they can not replace it. He never saw any one replace a matress for that reason. I don't know what to do can some one help me
