The 25-year guarantee for Ikea Bedrooms is just a fraud. I bought a bed and after 4 decades several springs failed. I had been informed that I'd to buy another matress from Ikea and purchase the matress to become shipping for their primary office in Montreal, Europe after which watch for a return. After six months I had been educated that Ikea wouldn't recognize the guarantee and provide me a return.
