I ordered three charms from Pugster.com. They arrived quickly, but were small and not the quality I expected. The website says 'returns are no problem'. However, when I attempted to return them I found the following:
The phone number on the invoice is not in service. ('call cannot be completed...')
The phone number on the website to call for a Return Authorization number, is a generic recording to leave a message. (I did. No return call)
I also emailed the address specified to obtain a Return Authorization number. Again, no reply.
Their 'live' operator must no longer be living, as no one is ever available 'live'.
We are not talking a large sum of money here, but I am unhappy with the merchandise and do not want it. Now the company seems to have disappeared. Although I am sure they are available to take orders. This is so aggrevating!
