Valspar Guardsman Furniture Protection Plan, Classic Scam

It's the classic extended warranty scam, sales person from Ashley Furniture claims the extended warranty is hassle free. One year later, the frame cracks and we file a claim with Guardsman, they deny the claim. I contact Valspar, the parent, they tell me this happens a lot. I have to get a bunch of people involved (CEO Valspar, Insurance Comissioner, CEO Ashley, et al). Buyer Beware, Guardsman is your classic Predatory Insurance Company. Oh wait, they are not even an insurance company... Check with your state insurance regulator... Google these guys, they have more hits than Tiger Woods...
