On 2/6/10 my wife and myself purchased queen sleeper sofa sectional (item #4640339) with chase (item #4640367) at In Your Home Furnishings. My invoice number is: 35547A. We were informed by our sales representative concerning Guardsman, a furniture care and service provider. She informed us of Guardsman services to the furniture and consumer industry. The sales rep pointed out that we could purchase Guardsman Elite 5 year furniture protection plan on all pieces of furniture, half or just one piece. Since the most expensive piece that we purchased was the sectional sleeper sofa; my wife and myself decided to add the Guardsman Elite 5 year furniture protection plan to our sectional sofa (service agreement number: E5RG 493110). The sales rep assured us this protection was/is bumper to bumper; even if we were at fault. We don't use the sleeper sofa that much; only when house guest are staying over night.
