Guardsman Service Center out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is so dishonest and it is unworthy to be located in such a beautiful city such as Grand Rapids; It gives her a Shiny Black Eye; People don't ever buy insurance for your precious furniture with Guardsman (Valspar) as you will not only lose your money you will lose time and postage (s) trying to comply w / their stringent request (s) I sent them Two SRF-EN-P Request forms for guardsman service and both times they sent me short and to the point reply's indicating that they would not service my furniture because (1) it was not reported w/in five days and (2) it was due to normal wear and tear., So here I am stuck w / a Gold In Home Furniture protection plan worth $233.00, but not worth one red penny; In a Nutshell; I was SCREWED, & RIPPED - OFF.% %BEWARE OF GUARDSMAN%
