New talk phone service
Telephone Company People are Rude and charging too much for no service

I wanted to report that his company is rude and when I called to tell them that my phone line was not working they said that someone had to be there to gain access to my apartment when in fact no one had to be there because the problem was not in my line it was outside. I did not have phone service for over two weeks and they charged me for it. When I called to have them credit my account they said that they did! When in fact they did not. Please do not use this company!
