Keeping america on the road american drivers association was hire and pay $375.00 to clean a speeding ticket and never did

I have contact that company to fix a speeding ticket in San Diego California. They promise to contact a lawyer on the city and state to fix and clean on a record license me speeding ticket. I paid $375.00 to make me a membership and cleanup that speeding ticket on me license record. They cleaned that ticket on the record but they did not contact a lawyer to represent myself in court.
