Speeding ticket on federal highway us 95, Ridgeland, SC. Violation of civil rights. Just because a camera happens to photograph my car, whose to say the car next to me wasn't speeding.US 95 was so congested that day, we actually came to a stop on this road 4 times. It was Saturday Palm Saturday and every person living in the Northeast was traveling to FL. There were so many cars that keeping up with the other cars would double your time home. Every state that has installed cameras are in violation of civil rights and are taken down by Law. This is a federal highway, so how is it one town can give a speeding ticket without pulling you over or not issue a written citation? I don't get it. Please respond. Thanks
