I purchased new minutes under the double your minutes plan but the phone never received them. I then emailed Tracfone and got a response that I did receive the minutes on the date purchased. So I then called a live person (getting the heavy, extremely hard to understand accent), and was given the run around, being told I did receive the minutes and there was nothing they could do for me. They've certainly lost my business, even though I'm out $70.
