In July I subscribed to this paper online using Paypal which is all they accept. They list themselves as publishing monthly. We received one paper for August and have not received any since. All e-mails to this company go unanswered and the worst part is that Paypal claims the bill went right to the credit card. I called the credit card company and they are giving me the runaround saying I need to call Paypal.in short, I paid $20 for a years subscription and have received six pages of jokes. If I would have known this is what I would have received I would not have subscribed. The only address is a PO box, no phone number. I searched the internet for complaints and did not find any. Next stop? The district attorney of WV because this is fraud. If they would at least answer my e-mails and left me know that I will be getting my money back or my subscription extended I would be happy. It is only $20 but how many others have they done this to? It's fraud...
