I bought a pair of pants from Traden on ebay (transaction # (Unique Transaction ID #5EU0407413733633C) on August 11. When I went to pay for the pants using paypal funds, I had my old address on there. I am currently living with my parents at a different address due to medical issues. I tried to get the United States Postal Service to route the package to my parents address. They told me they did, but it was sent back to the seller. I emailed the seller, Traden about a month later because it takes awhile to get through customs. He was supposed to refund my money minus shipping ($15.50). We went back and forth trying to figure out the refund. He wanted to ship the item back and I told him that I wanted a refund. I kept on emailing him (about 5 times), then called paypal when I did not hear from him. Paypal emailed him telling him to respond to my emails, but he did not. I still have not heard from him.
