My mother recently received a charge on her Verizon phone bill from a company called ESBI, for $13.73.
When she called about this charge she was told that her daughter, me, had signed up for the service on her phone bill.
I had never heard of this company. I don't even live with my mother. This company somehow got my name and then somehow charged something to my mother's bill.
They described themselves with the term "Voice Mail Solutions" but their website has no information about them or what they do. It only gives a customer service form to fill out. Pretty clear that this is a scam.
Just wanted to let others know.
