"Poster Pass" and "Especially Posters" are two names for the same scam. As proof, if you look at the java applets that need to load when you go to Especially Posters, you'll see that much of the content is being loaded from Poster Pass.com
A friend signed up for the initial Poster Pass deal and immediately on receiving the first shipment, called and canceled and was told she would not receive any more posters. Six months later, she got an $80 shipment from Essentially Posters, with $80 charged to her card AND another $13 in postage due to the post office.
The scam offers 5 posters for $25.in the small print in the "Terms and conditions", it says you agree to get two shipments of two posters each every month, at $13.95 per poster for a total of $80/month in posters! The terms and conditions are chock full of feel-good language like "cancel anytime", "instant refunds", and so on, but they are all LIES. There is no street address, just a PO Box. If you call the number given the phone is almost never answered. If you persist for hours and hours and finally get someone to answer the phone, they will pretend to help y0ou and claim your membership is cancelled - but you still get posters. If you demand a refund, they say it will take 30 days to process. Once 30 days have passed and you don't get your refund, they will keep claiming it will take "7-14 more days". If you keep persisting, they block your phone number and you will never get through. This is proven by simply calling from another number.
These other postings describe pretty well how these scammers operate. Clearly the word about Poster Pass has gotten out because a web search will turn up many complaints like the ones below. So they've simply changed their name to Especially Posters and started billing the same people over again.
