Rip you off, Never give you photos and then lie over and over again

Well, my story begins September 24. I contact Sears Portrait Studio at Great Northern Mall in North Olmsted, Ohio for my daughters first photos to be used as baptism favors for her ceremony in October. Well the before her baptism, I call the store and left messages everyday without a telephone call back. Finally, on Friday October 16 I had to sign the contract for the luncheon after the baptism and continually call the Portrait Studio without an answer. Tried the Sears store and could not get ahold of the manager on duty to see if someone was in the Studio to pick up my photos. I finally reached the optical manager on duty who informed me that he would look for someone to answer my call. WELL, it took 7 hours to actually find out that my photos were never ordered when they called me back at 5:00 P.M. That evening, but I had the option in a freezing rain store to take my kids, drive to their location which was about 30 minutes from me and pick them up. Since my husband was picking up his family from overseas and we had more out of town guest arriving that evening I chose that it was much too late to make that trip. During my 7 hour ordeal with trying to find someone to give me my photos, I continually called the store and the 1-888-767-8724 from customer service. Customer service could not get through to the store either. I was then provided with District manager's number and phoned Katie many, many time without a return call. Here I am almost two months after the photos have been taken and I still do not have them. Katie has lied on several occasions regarding my picture that I paid for. Lied stated she call me when she did not, lied stating that my pictures we Fed Ex out to me and she gave me a bogus tracking number. I paid for these photos and package and still do not have a resolution or my pictures. Katie the district manager even lies to the customer service team stating she is awaiting my telephone call, well, I have an itemized statement with all the calls I have made to her over the past two months to get my photos and get this over with. I really do fell that the employees do not care about the company, because it is obvious that not even the district manager care and constantly lies. When I phoned Katie back to let her know that the photo tracking number she provided was not to any of my addresses she did not answer or return my telephone call AGAIN. I wait three weeks to get a call from Katie regarding this issue. She was half laughing when she said she was sorry it took so long to get back to me. Further, Katie stated she called me several time on 9-10-09 to get the correct mailing address, which I had provided to her the day before, none of these calls were logged on my caller id. Katie is nothing but a big liar and I can see why the employee do not care and lie as well.
