I'm recording two grievances. To begin with their return policy is just a laugh. I attempted to come back products to get a reimbursement OR shop credit, nevertheless, I've dropped my bill. I had been refused any kind of reimbursement. ABSURD! I really hope their organization is out of company. I talked with two supervisors, among whom (Betty) was exceedingly rude. I think it is impossible that the shop wouldn't actually provide in store credit like a kind of reimbursement. Today they've dropped our company permanently, because we shall not be investing one penny in virtually any of the shops. This can absolutely charge them a large number of dollars in income. Another criticism pertains to their absurd telephone system. There's simply no method to talk to a when calling the shops, although they've personal telephone numbers outlined for every store area. Undesirable. I'll never be buying as of this shop again. TERRIBLE customer support.
