Jeff brownmiller refuses to pay bill for thousands of dollars

Our company hauled numerous loads for Jeff Brownmiller and Four B Land Co. And they wont pay us. We have tried many times to collect and Jeff keeps telling us he will mail a check only to find out that he lied. The guy is a crook! All of the loads that we moved for him were paid to him upon delivery.
