Jeff Jenks is the Marketing Director for Debt Relief Services. When I signed up for DRS I had to make my check out to Jeff Jenks. Jeff Jenks was paid up front and now does not care what happens to his clients.
I learned that the arbitration process which I was in, was a flop. I learned that DRS was changing strategies. When I confronted Jeff Jenks and Brian Howell on a conference call about the arbitration process Jeff Jenks said this is not the time for the question. Jeff Jenks stated I needed to get into touch with my Debt Specialist (Brian Howell). My debt specialist took over 10 days to contact me. Jeff was reluctant to talk with me on this matter. Jeff did not atempt to contact me with any viable solution to my problems.
Jeff is continuing to Market a new debt elimination process. If Jeff really cared about his clients he would have contacted the clients in the arbitration process and found a way to assist them.
Instead Jeff stands up in a meeting and stated he knew the arbitration process did not work and he was changing strategies. Jeff has not tried to assist me in any way with this failing process.
Jeff Jenks is taking peoples money on a process that is not proven to my knowledge, nor assiting others with a failing arbitration process. Remember Jeff gets paid up front.
When the owner of DRS consulted with Jeff about my case Jeff should have contacted me and attempted to assist me in some way.
Jeff Jenks should not market any programs if they are not proven. Jeff remains to Market a new way to eliminate debt, but has never offered to show me proof of success.
DRS nor Jeff Jenks proved or had a success story on the arbitration process either. If Jeff had that information he would have given it to his clients up front.
